Upgrade your waste disposal receptacle with the sleek convenience of a motion-activated metal trash can from Hanover Home. The 12-liter size is perfect for bathrooms, bedrooms, or other small spaces. There's nothing worse than your garbage bag falling into the pail and making a mess, so this clever model features a removable inner pail that keeps the bag in place. The smudge-proof finish resists fingerprints to keep the can looking shiny and new. You don't even have to worry about touching the bin and potentially spreading germs with the sensor-activated open-and-close lid. Less touching equals less cleaning and greater peace of mind for you. With a simple hand motion, the lid opens quietly long enough to throw away rubbish, then closes gently 5 seconds after inactivity. Engage the stay-open mode for prolonged disposal as needed. The upward-facing motion sensor keeps this touchless trash can from accidentally opening when you don't want it to, so it's less likely to detect people or pets walking past. Battery operation means no ugly power cord to manage or hide.
